Response to COVID-19

We are open.
In line with the UK Government’s request that manufacturers remain open and following their guidance on distancing and employees working from home where possible.

We believe we have an obligation not only to our customers to provide them the products and services that they require, but also to keep our workforce and their families at minimum risk. In addition to government requirements, we have therefore implemented several measures which will hopefully help us achieve both of these needs.

We have, where possible, implemented working from home. This has been achieved using simple Microsoft products which we already had in place. We already have a VOIP (Voice Over IP) telephone system implemented, which means that all our phone numbers have remained the same.

We have separated all our working areas, implemented a clear companywide strategy and given strict advice regarding self-isolation. As we have always paid up to 4 weeks full pay during sickness, none of our employees should be without financial support.

We will be keeping our website updated regularly with any changes that we make. If you have any questions regarding the actions we are taking, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
